The location was marvellous and perfect and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Positioned in the great area.

The rooms are fashionable and reasonably spacious and have excellent view of the mountains. The location is marvellous, at a short distance from Knollwood. It's in a nice building in the nice enough area.

Location: the hotel was right by Waffle House and many local restaurants and surrounding areas. West Knoxville district was worth exploring. I appreciated my exceptionally comfortable and immaculate room. The service was excellent and the staff were nice.

I had well-designed and reasonably spacious room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini bar fridge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I truly enjoyed large bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and exceptionally nice all the time.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The parking area was also convenient, making it easy to come and go. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large, bright-lit bathroom that had a vanity inside - a definite plus. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Some of the staff did not meet the expectations of a high-ranked hotel. They lacked distinctive uniforms, which made it difficult to differentiate them from guests.

The location of the hotel in Knoxville is favourable, so close to Knoxville due to a family member being in the hospital as well as Coast to Coast. The rooms are new-fashioned and immaculate, have large bathroom.

The terrace was enjoyable, offering a pleasant hangout spot. The room had pleasing decor and a comfortable bed. The cafe provided better quality than typical hotel breakfasts. The hotel had a spacious indoor meeting area and an outdoor area with a fire pit. The rooms were modern, well-sized, and included a microwave and mini fridge.

The room is stylish and immaculately clean. It offers exceptionally comfortable bed and outstanding services.

Favourable location to the Smoky Mountains area, nice restaurants in the local area.
